Rajiv with more than 30 years of experience in the marine industry, is a goal-driven strategist specializing in Mainfleet as well as Offshore Business related to Gas Carriers / Tankers / Rigs and various types of Offshore vessels world-wide. He headed Bourbon Offshore MMI as its Managing Director and his current role includes the overall responsibility and management of the USAM operations.
Operations Director
With over 27 years of experience in the marine industry specialising in human resources and talent acquisition, Ajit has an extensive working knowledge in vessel management with clients around the world. As a Crewing Manager of Bourbon Offshore MMI, he headed the crewing operations when the company forayed in UAE. Joined UASM in 2017 heading UASM operations in deep and offshore tonnages’ crewing. Also, involved in chartering and ship management.
